We ship Australia-wide with reputable freight carriers. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
FREE shipping on orders $200 and over. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $25.

Shipping Rates
Orders under $200 are charged a flat $25 shipping fee Australia-wide. Orders of $200 or more ship free. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Regional & Remote Area Surcharges
Some regional, rural, remote or “out of area” locations may incur an additional shipping surcharge from the courier company. These charges are set by the freight provider and are outside our control. If a surcharge applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch, advise the exact additional cost, and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is usually available on the courier's website within 24–48 hours of receiving that email.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken back to the courier's local depot or post office. The courier will leave a calling card with all the relevant contact details so you can arrange collection.
Deliveries to an Office or Workplace
If you're shipping to an office, university or other workplace, please include the business name in the delivery address. Otherwise your order may be recorded as an unknown address and returned to us.
No PO Box or Parcel Locker Deliveries
We're unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a street address for delivery.
